Medicine and Community Weekend Retreat
A weekend held in community: ceremony, integration circles, breathwork, gentle movement, shared vegetarian meals, and unhurried time outdoors.
Tikkun Retreats offers immersive private and group experiences in a secluded South Florida setting designed for rest, reflection, connection, and meaningful change.
Sometimes what we need is not another answer. We need space.
Space away from routine, noise, expectations, and the patterns that make it difficult to hear ourselves clearly.
Tikkun creates that space through nature, intentional experiences, thoughtful facilitation, community, and time to reconnect with what matters.
A small number of experiences, held a few times a year, so each one can be prepared for properly.
A weekend held in community: ceremony, integration circles, breathwork, gentle movement, shared vegetarian meals, and unhurried time outdoors.
Beginning on Saturday night once Shabbat has ended โ hosted by Aaron Stefansky, and shaped around preparing well and returning home with something you can actually use.
The last of the autumn weekends, with Alex and Jacquelyn Myrin. Eighteen places, so the group stays small enough to know one another by the end of it.
Individualized experiences designed around the needs, intentions, and pace of the guest.
